Today was a sad day of sorts because the kids have reached another milestone. We took down the swing set in our backyard :-( . Fred had built the swing set just before Erica was born and Evan was only 18 months old.
Here are a few pictures of the exciting day when the swing set was being built in July 2002.

Fred had even labeled it on the bottom side of the cross beam.
We've had many happy memories on that swing set. With the kids approval, it was time to make room for a larger swimming pool which meant passing along the swing set to another family who could use it more.
My, how time flies!
